Fire Damage Cleaning & Repairs

After the smoke clears, S&G Restoration will begin preparing a plan, with empathy and consideration, to put your home or business back together. It can get very complicated coordinating the many details for large property damages such as fires. S&G Restoration will help walk you through the process, starting with working with your insurance company while coordinating other services, which may include:

  • Boarding up/Securing of property
  • Coordinating packing out of salvageable contents
  • Winterizing plumbing
  • Temporary Electrical (restoring power)
  • Debris Removal
  • Applying for all necessary permits
  • Demolition (as needed)
  • Cleaning and Sealing of any open framing (as needed)
  • Deodorization of property
  • Temporary Support/Framing
  • S&G Restoration will expedite the communication with your insurance adjuster and start coordinating the repair process. An S&G Restoration representative will meet with you to help determine the nature and means of what the repair process will look like – supplying selections and help you to choose which materials and how they are put back into your home. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Wall Fixtures (Drywall/Plaster/Paneling/etc.)
  • Paint selections
  • Flooring (Carpet/Laminate/Vinyl/Hardwood/etc.)
  • Insulation (Batt/Blown-in/etc.)
  • Electrical wiring and fixtures
  • Plumbing (Shower/tubs/toilets/faucets, etc)
  • Trim types
  • Cabinets and Vanities
  • Siding
  • Shingle types and colors
  • S&G Restoration will create a contract to put your home back the way you would like. Throughout the repair process we will work with your local municipalities to coordinate all required building inspections, and will communicate all findings with your insurance carrier and any mortgage companies. We want to get you back in your home as quickly and efficiently as possible, while keeping quality of all repairs in order.
